How to Make a Flower Sachet

cloth fabric (large pieces)
pinking shears (regular scissors will work if you don't have pinking shears)
string or ribbon
dried flowers
bowl or mug to use as a pattern

To dry your flowers, pick them and tie them together in bundles.  Hang the bundles upside down in a cool area that doesn't get much sunlight, such as a closet or pantry.  When the petals are dry enough to crumble in your hand, take the bundles down.

Remove the flower heads (you might want to do this outside) and place them in a bowl.  Place the small bowl or large mug mouth-down on your fabric and trace around it with a pencil.  Then use your pinking shears to cut out the circle.  Drop a few spoonfuls of dried flower petals into the middle of the circle and pull the edges together.  Tie it shut with the ribbon.
