S'mores

Categories // S'mores

S'mores

(the name is a contraction of the words "some more."  As in, "can I have some more, please?")

Ingredients
1 or 2 marshmallows
2 squares of graham crackers
1 square of chocolate bar

Place chocolate square on top of one graham cracker square. Toast a marshmallows on a stick over hot coals, then slide it off the stick by using the two graham crackers. Press the graham crackers together and eat it like a sandwich. The marshmallow will squish out the sides, so look out!

Variations: Try making s'mores with other flavors you love, like cinnamon graham crackers, flavored chocolate, or a sprinkling of coconut.  A thin layer of peanut butter on the graham crackers is an awfully yummy addition.
